What is Hydration Test?
Hydration is essential for optimal health and performance. just by losing 2% of your body weight through sweat can lead to performance impairment.
Sample collection, measurement, and disposal are significantly more convenient than urine testing or naked body mass measures, and straight from the mouth measurements verify sample integrity. Having this field-accessible hydration testing tool, we can detect both acute and chronic dehydration through salivary osmolarity.

What is Sweat Test?
Athletes typically utilize sweat testing to address two essential questions: how much sweat they lose during exercise and what they lose in that sweat. As a result, you can replace it and maintain your performance.
The second question focuses on the electrolyte content of your sweat, and the most significant electrolyte present in your sweat, at least in terms of hydration, is sodium, which helps you absorb and retain fluid in your blood.
Athletes can lose anywhere from 200mg of sodium per liter of sweat to as much as 2000mg.
